Talent Specialist Fast paced environment Shifting priorities, ability to pivot is essential Onsite only, no remote options As a Talent Specialist with ONPOINT 365 PTY LTD, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating qualified candidates for various positions, along with maintaining strong relationships with existing candidates. About the Role: Delegate duties to the Talent Team daily. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies. Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and other pre-employment verifications as required. Assist in negotiating job offers and compensation packages, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and budget constraints. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment strategies to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Mentor interns and Talent Resourcers and provide support where necessary. Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status. Other Ad Hoc duties as required. Submitting resumes, using the relevant pricing tool and completed RFQ's. Following up on submissions. Facilitating work orders and compliance for new starters. Ideally, you will have: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Along with knowledge of employment law and WHS practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving organisation. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of urgency and drive for achieving recruitment goals. Collaborative work abilities with a good track record or working within a team environment. Job Details: $65-85K salary range. Office located in Braddon, ACT. 38 Hours per week.
