The Role We are seeking an experienced Medical Administration Officer to ensure the smooth daily running of a specialist clinic during a busy three-month period. You will play a key role in maintaining patient services, supporting a small on-site team, and keeping operations running seamlessly over the lead-up to Christmas and the New Year. This role requires someone confident, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery Manage general office coordination Handle patient bookings, enquiries, billing, Medicare claims and payments Support theatre list coordination and scheduling requirements Ensure accurate information management, data entry and adherence to clinic procedures Contribute to workflow improvements, process updates, and practice documentation Handle basic banking duties and support reporting where needed Deliver excellent customer service to patients, staff and visiting practitioners The Ideal Candidate You will bring strong experience in medical administration. Confidence with Clinic to Cloud or similar systems, Medicare billing, and theatre booking processes will be highly beneficial.
