Your next role We are seeking an Administration and Accounts Assistant who is looking for stability, variety, and great working conditions. This is a part-time role at 3 days per week with the potential to go full-time. You will provide hands-on support across administration and accounts. Accounts payable and receivable (invoices, purchase orders, expense claims). Reception and front-of-office support. Preparation and Collating invoices for payment. Assisting with vendor/customer enquiries. Cash-handling and banking. General administrative tasks including filing, dropping mail at the post office and system maintenance. About you We are looking for a self-starter with a good attitude who is reliable, responsible and a general all-rounder with an eye for detail and willingness to pitch in to get the job done. Key attributes include: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in accounts. payable/receivable functions. Excellent computer skills and proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work autonomously. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
