You’ll manage a mainly residential portfolio of smaller schemes with strong support from a dedicated team of four specialists handling maintenance, insurance, accounts, and ad-hoc tasks. AGMs are conducted during business hours via Zoom, no late-night meetings or heavy site visits. If a meeting runs over, you can start later the next day.
