Introduction The Manager, Corporate Actions & Payments oversees all dividend, distribution and payment processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional client outcomes. You’ll lead a specialist Payments team, act as the main escalation point for complex or high-value events, and drive continuous improvements across systems, processes and controls. You’ll work closely with Technology, Registry Operations, Compliance and issuer clients to deliver reliable, well-governed and high-quality payment outcomes. Description What you'll do Lead all payment activities including dividends, trust distributions, DRP allocations and reconciliations Oversee day-to-day Payments team operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness and strong controls Act as the technical escalation point for complex corporate actions and stapled security structures Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules, Corporations Act, ASIC/ATO reporting and AML/CTF requirements Maintain high-quality controls, audit trails, reviews and risk management practices Drive continuous improvement, automation, SOP development and system enhancements (including UAT) Manage client escalations and partner with internal teams for smooth onboarding and event delivery Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Payments team Skills And Experiences What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or similar 5 years’ experience in payments, fund admin or registry operations (ASX-listed clients ideal) Demonstrated experience in end-to-end dividend and trust distribution processing Proven experience leading operational teams Strong knowledge of financial controls, governance and reporting Advanced Excel skills; workflow system experience (JIRA) advantageous In addition, you are a hands-on operational leader with strong technical understanding of dividends, trust distributions and corporate actions. You bring excellent attention to detail, strong risk awareness and the ability to calmly manage high-pressure, time-sensitive payment activities. You are collaborative, clear in your communication, client-focused, and motivated to uplift processes, controls and team capability.
