About the Role: As a key member of the Communities Project Sales & Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sales and marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of greenfield projects. Working closely with our developer and marketing agency partners, you’ll implement and manage comprehensive sales strategies to ensure project success. You will also manage and support sales consultants by maintaining the CRM and provide reports on valuable buyer insights. Here’s what your day-to-day will involve: Utilizing our CRM to track data, analyse and generate actionable sales & marketing insights. Generate weekly and adhoc reports. Coordinating client meetings to ensure alignment and project progress, keep accurate WIP document. Ensure Sales Agents are adhering to requirements of CRM inputs and lead communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, including developers, builders, marketing agencies and property portals. Creating & uploading assets for internal portals and updating listings & profiles on property portals. Coordinate the successful launch of projects through collaboration with marketing agencies and development teams to design and execute effective sales and marketing strategies. Manage ongoing communication with project databases (via EDM & SMS). Assisting in organizing, marketing, and executing project events when required. What We’re Looking For: We are looking for a personable, dynamic team player who excels in collaboration and communication. Given the fast-paced nature of this role, you’ll need to be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key skills and qualifications include: Experience or strong understanding of the property industry Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workflows efficiently. Proficiency with CRM systems. Intermediate skills in the Office365 suite. Understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management, Commerce, or a related field. Experience with Campaign Monitor or other EDM sending platforms Previous experience in marketing, sales administration, or property sales is highly advantageous.
