The Opportunity You’ll kick off your Wiley journey by leading the delivery of a $15 million school project — a flagship build that will shape the learning experience for generations. As Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind day-to-day site operations, collaborating closely with the Project Manager and broader delivery team. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activity from start to handover Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site supervisors Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Maintain project schedule, resourcing, and reporting Resolve site issues promptly to minimise disruptions Contribute to commissioning and project close-out phases What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial or education construction Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Solid understanding of safety regulations and site compliance Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within tight time frames Why Join Wiley?
