Full-time fixed term position (until December 2027) Join a dynamic organisation in a pivotal part of our transformation Convenient city location in the heart of Arts Precinct About the Position As Senior Project Manager, Reimagining, you will be a primary contact for a variety of stakeholders across the project, so excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential. In this role, you will provide high level project management with a focus on commercial tenancy design and fit-out, as well as key building services aspects of the project. You’ll oversee timelines, budgets and resources to ensure the delivery of outcomes within the agreed milestones and timeframes, whilst remaining compliant with Arts Centre Melbourne’s strategic frameworks and procedures. Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience Tertiary qualification in one or more of the following disciplines: Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management and/or extensive experience in a related field. Well versed in the design and delivery of Food & Beverage or other similar commercial tenancies High level stakeholder management and communication skills Highly organised and efficient, able to work to deadlines Strong ability to analyse, interpret and distil complex information that can be briefed to others Comfortable with presenting information to internal and external audiences Proven experience in effective management of large-scale projects ($40 million plus) Experience in construction, architecture or engineering Experience using Microsoft Project, Aconex and Adobe software packages Experience in process improvement Experience working with government departments highly desirable For more details, please read the Position Description - Senior Project Manager, Reimagining Nov 2025 .
