THE POSITION Effectively oversee all patient-facing services within the facility for quality, cost, safety & service delivery. Oversee day-to-day operations of support service departments including staffing allocation, rostering of duties and delegation of tasks Develop and maintain a strong client and contractual relationship across a wide stakeholder group. Ensure all compliance and company policies are adhered to, and oversee regular audits and if required, root cause investigations. THE PERSON Strong and effective leadership skills. The ability to support, motivate and effectively manage a diverse workforce. Passionate about high standards of delivery, levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Experience in successfully managing complex and highly compliant operational contracts and budgets within a healthcare framework. Previous experience in multi-service / soft facilities management role within the healthcare sector is highly desirable. NPC/WWVP/VPD: As an occupational requirement of this role the successful applicant will be required to meet site entry requirements including but not limited to a current National Police Clearance, WWVP approval & Relevant Immunisation Schedule.
