A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Paralegal to join a highly regarded Contested Estates team in Charlestown. This role is suited to someone who already has strong paralegal experience and is confident supporting solicitors across complex, detail-driven matters. About the Role You’ll play a key role in assisting clients with the preparation of affidavit evidence, while providing high-level matter support throughout the full lifecycle of Contested Estates work. Key responsibilities include: Drafting legal correspondence, observations to Counsel and court documents Preparing briefs, chronologies, family trees and supporting schedules Reviewing, collating and bundling documents for court, mediation and hearings Filing court documents and managing matter records Liaising with clients to obtain instructions and provide updates Preparing court books and assisting with precedent amendments About You Previous paralegal experience – ideally within litigation, wills & estates, family provision or a similar practice area Strong drafting skills and an ability to manage extensive documentation A high level of attention to detail and organisational capability Professional, confident client communication A proactive approach and ability to work efficiently within a team Why Join This Firm?
