The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. In this role, you will act as the key interface between Jobfit and our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong communication, and proactive relationship management. The CRM will work closely with operational teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs), identify opportunities for service improvements, and support the growth of existing accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across diverse industries. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt resolution of client queries and escalations. Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs and provide regular reporting to clients. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase outcomes and value delivered. Proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities for service or process improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (clinical, operational, and business development teams) to achieve client satisfaction and retention. Support tender responses, pricing adjustments, and contract variations as required. About You We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail, with strong organisational and reporting skills. Knowledge of occupational health, allied health, or related industries (desirable but not essential).
