Job Description This diverse and pivotal role sits at the centre of our Service Department, working closely with the Service Manager, Technicians, and customers to keep our service workflow running smoothly. You’ll take ownership of incoming bookings, schedule and prepare service work, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient outcomes for our customers. About the Role As our Service Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in promoting, preparing, and managing the flow of work through the Service Department. You’ll liaise daily with customers, and Service Technicians to coordinate service schedules, allocate resources, and maintain our workflow systems to achieve high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
