The Opportunity Due to ongoing growth and internal progression, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to play a key role in the next phase of our clients expansion and evolution. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and business operation, including recruitment, training, stock control, rostering, food safety and OHS, shift management and regular budget and performance management - responsibilities expected of a leader within a large-scale venue. In this role, you will directly influence business performance, guest experience, and team engagement for a restaurant set to make a significant impact on the Geelong hospitality scene.
