Director IT & Digital Verse Perth, Western Australia, Australia. We're looking for an IT & Digital Director to join a forward-thinking, global WA based SME and lead the way in shaping its technology strategy. This senior leadership role is all about driving digital transformation, enhancing ICT functions, and championing technology as a key enabler of business success. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to align IT and digital strategies with the organisation's overall objectives, while overseeing the daily operations of the IT function across the business. As a key leader, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous improvement within the small ICT team (2‑3 staff). You will play a pivotal role in managing strategic IT projects, optimising IT infrastructure, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures. Managing budgets, vendor relationships (Level 1 Support Outsourced), and ensuring compliance with industry regulations will also be part of your remit. A key focus will be on driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring the company stays ahead of emerging tech trends. You will lead by example, mentoring and developing high‑performing individuals, and creating a collaborative work environment.
