We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive strategic marketing initiatives that support our business growth. Position Overview The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and providing expert advice on the development, coordination, and implementation of pricing and promotional strategies for our products and services. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop and organise advertising policies and marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives. Advise executives and clients on advertising strategies to effectively reach target markets and increase consumer awareness. Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, TV/film production, and media placement within time and budget constraints. Analyse data regarding consumer behaviour, patterns, and preferences. Interpret and forecast current and future consumer trends. Research potential market demand and characteristics for new products and services; collect and analyse relevant statistical data. Support business growth and development through the creation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programs. Commission and conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing goods/services. Provide advice on all key marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, advertising, sales promotions, selling strategies, and distribution channels. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Experience in marketing, advertising, or market research. Strong analytical and research capabilities. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks. Creative mindset with an understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
