About the role and where you will be working: We’re looking for passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome , where you’ll coordinate and lead the delivery of high-quality, client-focused care for our residents and community clients. Located in the heart of Broome, our modern, state-of-the-art facility accommodates up to 55 residents and blends the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the Kimberley region into its design. It’s a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, supported, and at home. This is a full time position working 76 hours per fortnight. What you’ll do: As a Registered Nurse, you’ll lead small clinical teams and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and guiding staff in delivering client-focused care. Assessing residents’ health needs and documenting results accurately. Developing individual care plans in consultation with residents and their families. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Upholding our organisation’s values in every aspect of service delivery. About you: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to apply it in diverse situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in aged care is an advantage, but not essential. Most importantly, you have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
