You will also act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong relationship management. Your day-to-day will include: Lead and support technicians through task allocation, mentoring, and performance check-ins. Diagnose faults and deliver effective technical solutions through on-site inspections. Perform maintenance, repairs, upgrades, installations, and commissioning across alarms, CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems. Respond to service calls and breakdowns promptly, ensuring safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance, including testing, calibration, and software updates. Work collaboratively with sales and project teams on system design, upgrades, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and equipment records.
