Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre Permanent position Day shift hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) Mount Waverley location $150K per annum super The Company Australia Wide Trades recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading global data centre operator. With rapid growth in the data centre industry, driven by increased data generation and technological advancements including AI, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a world-class organisation . The position requirements include but are not limited to: Leading and supervising a team of electrical & mechanical technicians across preventive, reactive, and capital project works Monitoring electrical systems and building management systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance and prompt resolution of faults or alarms Driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures Coordinating schedules, workloads, and ensuring team adherence to project timelines and standards Supporting training, mentoring, and development of junior staff To be considered for this role you should possess the following: An A Grade Electrical Licence (essential) - HVAC experience (highly desirable) NV1 Security Clearance also highly regarded (or ability & willingness to obtain) Proven experience in electrical maintenance and operations within the data centre industry, or other critical environments (defence, hospitals etc.) Previous Manager or Supervisor experience with strong hands-on problem solving skills Excellent communication skills with a positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude On Offer Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm $150,000 per year Super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
