An established consultancy within the property, asset management, and facilities advisory space is seeking a capable Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of audits, reviews, and strategic FM projects across a diverse client base. The Opportunity In this hands-on and varied role, you will coordinate and deliver a range of consultancy projects focused on improving the way organisations manage their built assets. This includes planning and executing asset audits, supporting FM reviews, contributing to strategy documentation, and ensuring client deliverables are met with accuracy and professionalism. You will engage with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies as the consultancy scales. This role is a hybrid role, which will involve travel to sites during project kick-offs across Australia and occasionally New Zealand as well. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of asset audits and FM consultancy projects. Coordinate site activities for internal auditors, schedules, and stakeholder communication. Draft high-quality reports and populate asset registers, templates, and CMMS data sets. Contribute to asset lifecycle assessments, risk reviews, and compliance evaluations. Maintain clear communication with clients and support project updates and presentations. Assist in refining internal tools, templates, and project workflows. Experience in asset management, facilities management, building services, or consulting is beneficial, as is exposure to asset registers or CMMS platforms.
