What You’ll Do Lead the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements validation to go-live. Architect workflows that can handle everything from mining licences to pastoral leases without so much as breaking a sweat. Oversee integration, data migration, testing, and training. Guide executive stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Build a future-proof contract management ecosystem that will make auditors weep with joy! Why This Matters Your work will directly shape how critical agreements are managed for decades. You’ll help protect Indigenous interests, improve transparency, strengthen compliance, and create something that genuinely makes a difference, while leaving legacy systems exactly where they belong: in the archives. What You’ll Bring Contract mastery: Deep experience across contract lifecycle management and complex, multi-party agreements. Implementation leadership: A proven ability to run large technology projects end-to-end. Technical fluency: Strong integration and data migration know-how (ERP and DMS). Stakeholder finesse: The ability to engage executives, guide cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and community groups. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
