You will be based outside of Toowoomba and working the AM shifts (from 5am). This role is 5-day weeks. Key Responsibilties: Lead, support, and develop production teams across the kill floor and various departments Oversee production performance Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, AQIS, MSA, Halal, and all relevant Australian Standards Promote a strong culture of workplace safety, employee wellbeing, and animal welfare Manage downtime reporting, coordinate maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively with QA, HR, Maintenance, and Livestock teams to achieve high operational standards Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for business growth and process enhancements Requirements About you: You will be comfortable on the AM shift (from 5am) You have experience on the kill floor Leading Hand or Supervisor experience (preferred, not essential) Own reliable transport Excellent communication Honest and reliable Benefits National company Financially secure business Room for growth and development About Brunel: Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
