Description Wood is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Major Maintenance Planning Lead to join our team the Ampol Refinery in Brisbane, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in maintenance planning & process optimization. LI-Site The Role This role will be responsible for leading a team of Maintenance Planners & Schedulers to implement the Major & Program Maintenance campaigns. This role requires excellent organisational and leadership skills to ensure efficient planning, scheduling & execution of maintenance and operational tasks. Qualifications Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification 10 Years’ experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace Excellent CMMS knowledge and demonstrated experience (SAP) Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade qualification Knowledge of relevant discipline and Industry procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and best practices Demonstrated experience within a similar industry or related industry workplace Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
