The Perks: Full-time – earn upwards of $170,000 per year super (based on experience) Mine site compliant ute – fair personal use policy applies DIDO – all sites within driving distance of Mackay FIFO? Included – laptop, phone, accommodation & meals Super – paid on all hours worked Extra Shift Incentive – for work outside your standard roster Referral Bonus – refer your trade mates for extra $$$ What We’ll Need From You: Australian recognised trade certificate – Diesel Fitting or Mobile Plant Mine site exposure & hands-on experience with: Breakdown works, troubleshooting & diagnostics General servicing & component change-outs Heavy equipment (CAT, Komatsu, Liebherr, Hitachi) Current Australian driver’s licence (mandatory) Current Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain) Current Working at Heights RII (or willingness to obtain) National Police Clearance (or able to obtain one) Unrestricted rights to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship) The Majority of Our Fleet: CAT 777–793 Trucks CAT D10 & D11 Dozers CAT 992 Loaders CAT 16M & 24M Graders Hitachi & Liebherr Excavators Excited to Join Us?
