We currently have multiple entry-level, full-time positions in our Workers Compensation Claims Teams where you will manage a portfolio of claims while working directly with injured workers, employers and allied health professionals. No prior industry experience is required as we will provide full training and ongoing support, just bring along your customer service or administration skills and our team of experienced specialists will help you with the rest. As part of our interview process, successfully reviewed applicants will need to be available to attend a face-to-face group interview on Wednesday 10th December or Thursday 11th December 2025. This will be a full time, permanent position commencing on the 12th January 2026 based in our Newcastle office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 3 days per week) considered from month three, subject to performance and approval. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide early, timely and personal customer service with an empathetic nature to injured workers and employers. Proactively and effectively manage all aspects of a caseload of worker’s compensation claims within the legislation and compliance guidelines. Deliver the desired customer experience to all stakeholders while managing their end-to-end outcomes. Provide accurate and complete information that is consistent and easy to understand (including options about any claim, entitlements, obligations and responsibilities). Conduct claims reviews, case conferences or face to face meetings with clients as required. ABOUT YOU Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, medical or corporate sectors Passion for helping others while delivering great customer service Ability to multitask with great organisation towards their workload while adapting to changing priorities Thrive in working within a team while collaborating with other team members and specialists Proactive, motivated, and willingness to think outside the box with strong attention to detail to effectively communicate decisions to stakeholders.
