What You’ll Do Collaborate with Sales and Technical Services teams to provide timely, high-quality technical support across ANZ Guide customers on design criteria, tools, and software for optimal system performance Build deep technical expertise in Johnson Controls Fire Detection products Support customer development through training and product promotion Prepare accurate quotations for systems, upgrades, and custom build-to-order solutions Assist customers with programming new and existing Vigilant and Simplex systems Review product quality and warranty cases to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of Fire Detection products and/or low-voltage applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced PC literacy and IT knowledge (current and legacy systems) Customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset Collaborative team player with a drive to learn and grow Current driver’s license Only applicants who have a current right to work in Australia will be considered.
