Job Description Procurement Officer l Full Time ️ Opportunity: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in sourcing and managing critical mining consumables and equipment. This is a key position responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused procurement aligned with our operational goals. About the Role: Coordinate the procurement of goods and services in line with company policies and procedures. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and product quality. Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on performance, reliability, cost, and quality. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and procurement activities. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement schedules effectively. Experience: Proven procurement experience, preferably within the mining or industrial sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to analyse market trends and assess supplier performance. Proficiency in Pronto ERP (preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
