As a Loss Prevention Investigations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping strategies that reduce risk, safeguard our reputation and deliver real impact. You’ll work on complex investigations, partner with law enforcement and drive initiatives that make a difference every day. As a Loss Prevention Investigations Manager, you will: Lead and mentor a team of investigators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking. Develop and implement loss prevention strategies that align with business goals and reduce shrinkage. Conduct and oversee complex investigations into criminal activity and policy breaches, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including law enforcement and security agencies, to manage risk effectively. Drive process improvements and provide expert advice on prevention methodologies. Represent Bunnings in court matters related to fraud and loss, ensuring professionalism and integrity. Support critical incident management and national projects that shape best practice across the business. About You Joining a highly collaborative team you are a natural leader who thrives in challenging environments and knows how to stay calm under pressure. You bring a strategic mindset, strong influencing skills and a commercial approach to problem-solving. Collaboration is key - you’ll work closely with diverse teams and external partners to achieve shared goals. If you’re proactive, analytical and passionate about making a difference, you’ll fit right in with our supportive, down-to-earth culture. You'll additionally have 10 years’ experience in complex investigations, ideally across law enforcement and retail. Advanced investigative skills, including evidence gathering, statement taking and brief preparation. Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills. Ability to influence at senior levels and build trusted relationships internally and externally. A proactive, customer-focused approach and commitment to confidentiality.
