You will lead the implementation of agreed Alice Springs School of the Air instructional practices into the daily practice of teaching staff, and lead curriculum development, improvement and staff efficacy in the development and delivery of quality distance education learning materials. Crucial to this role is the ability to lead small groups of teachers to collaboratively develop and use a range of evidence informed teaching strategies and to coach teachers through the planning, delivery and evaluation cycle.
