Their focus is on delivering work that makes a positive and lasting impact on people, cities, and communities across a range of project typologies and disciplines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES. This well-known architecture practice is seeking a candidate experienced in documenting and delivering large-scale, complex Public Sector projects. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for design, knowledge of construction detailing, and professional client management skills, gained from working on Public sector projects. A minimum of 5 years' experience in practice is required. The responsibilities include: Prepare high-quality architectural documentation, detailed designs, renders, and presentations for large Public sector projects Proactively seek guidance on issues that may impact project quality, timelines, or budgets, and support actions to resolve them Produce and manage project documentation in line with policies and standards Apply strong technical knowledge to recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement across project stages Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams Apply sound architectural principles, codes, and regulations SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Bachelor of Architecture and 5 years' experience gained from working in an Architectural practice Demonstrated recent experience designing and documenting large-scale Public Sector projects Working knowledge of design principles, construction methods, building materials, and relevant codes and standards Intermediate Revit, Adobe, Microsoft, AMS, New Form, and 3D tools Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organisation, able to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team outcomes Collaborative team player who supports junior staff and is committed to ongoing learning, development, and mentoring HOW TO APPLY.
