Job Description We are currently seeking a qualified Locksmith to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in growing category that has huge potential in the Trade, Commercial and Retail sector. This is a hands-on role, working alongside another qualified Locksmith, this tight knit team will supporting both retail and trade customers with professional locksmithing services instore and onsite. If you love to work with volume builders or target commercial projects, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Provide expert key cutting and lock repair services Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and on-site Maintain and manage locksmithing equipment and supplies Perform locksmithing services within the store. Ensure Customer Orders are identified and processed efficiently. Provide prompt and efficient emergency services as required. Liaise effectively with the store team regarding customer orders. Order stock specific to customer requirements.
