The mission of this role Manage and control the different stages of the product development project once is agreed between the sales department and the client: New Developments same as Standard customizations. Key Responsibilities Work closely with internal and external partners—including manufacturers, brand owners, and creative teams—by managing the step-by-step process that brings beauty products from concept to market. Prepare, monitor and control the planning stages of the project, establishing and maintaining the timelines to deliver in time prioritizing client and company expectations Register / Maintain articles linked to the project in charge in the system following the company procedures Ensure customer validation, compliance and approval of newly or modified items by setting technical documents to define the product specifications Open to coordinate visits with Sales to Customers to discuss technical requirements and needs. Active participationby investigating and knowing what his clients portfolio could need and where they can be targeted (close cooperation with the Sales Team) Requirements University Degree in a relevant field 2 years' experience in project management Experience in the packaging industry or beauty is desirable Problem solving and organized person Customer Focus
