About the role The position is primarily responsible for provision and delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients in NSW. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers and will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing thorough leadership in managing staff and building a high performing team. Duties include but are not limited to: Overall management of the delivery of services to private and public sector customers. Coaching new and existing employees as development needs require. Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing customers and assisting with identifying new customer leads. Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders.
