About the role The Broker Marketing Coordinator plays a key support role in delivering broker-facing marketing activity across the MyState Group. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Broker Marketing & Communications, you’ll help execute campaigns, develop content, coordinate events and ensure our brand is consistently and professionally represented across all broker and aggregator touchpoints. Your work will directly support broker engagement, help deepen relationships and contribute to our broader broker growth strategy. What your day will look like Bring campaigns to Life Help turn big ideas into real broker-facing campaigns across email, digital, social, broker portals and platforms. Draft sharp, clear and engaging content - from product updates to campaign messaging and training pieces. Work with the Senior Manager to build and update presentations, flyers, banners, digital tiles and other marketing assets. Make sure every piece of content that goes out the door is accurate, compliant and unmistakably “on brand.” Create stand-out broker experiences Support the planning and delivery of webinars, PD sessions, roadshows, broker events and aggregator initiatives. Own the details - manage registrations, coordinate collateral, prep run sheets and help create seamless experiences. Promote upcoming events through our broker channels and help drive strong attendance and engagement. Keep our marketing engine running Update content across broker and digital platforms so brokers always have the latest information. Maintain our marketing calendars, asset libraries and content repositories - helping us stay organised and ahead of schedule. Work with product, credit, compliance, sales and other teams to keep reviews and approvals moving smoothly. Be a go-to support partner Build strong relationships with BDMs, BRMs and internal teams. Jump in to help solve marketing challenges and respond to day-to-day requests for content or communication support. Represent the broker marketing team with a collaborative mindset and a genuine focus on supporting brokers. About you You might be a recent marketing graduate ready to take the next step, or someone with a year or two of real-world marketing experience looking to broaden your skills. Either way, you’re excited about the chance to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. Here’s what you’ll bring: A knack for writing - you can turn complex information into clear, engaging content that brokers want to read. Strong organisation skills - you love a good checklist, can juggle multiple priorities and don’t miss the little details. Comfort with digital tools - maybe you’ve used an EDM platform, a CMS, a CRM, Canva, or similar marketing tools (or you’re eager to learn). A curious, analytical approach - you’re interested in how campaigns perform and what the data tells us. A collaborative spirit - you enjoy working with different teams and building relationships. A willingness to learn - you’re adaptable, open-minded and keen to grow your marketing capability in the broker channel.
