This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join the commercial team as a Category Manager, supporting the uplift of procurement capability and driving commercial value across the business. About the Opportunity Reporting into a supportive and collaborative leadership team, you will act as a Business Partner for key internal stakeholders, delivering high-quality commercial outcomes across a range of categories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, optimising procurement processes, and leading end-to-end sourcing activities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities As the Category Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading source-to-contract activities across assigned categories Running tenders, RFx processes, evaluations, and contract negotiations Managing post-award contract activities including variations, claims and dispute resolution Providing spend insights and identifying opportunities to optimise purchasing and commercial outcomes Enhancing procurement governance, compliance, and end-to-end process improvement Facilitating workshops with operations and other key stakeholders to uplift procurement capability Building strong, trusted relationships and acting as a strategic advisor to the business Supporting the organisation's broader transformation program About You You will be an experienced procurement or category management professional who is confident operating as a trusted business partner. You enjoy collaborating with technical teams, contributing strategic insights, and driving commercial value across your portfolio.
