Role Overview: As an Experienced Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable coffee experiences for our customers while upholding the high standards of our cafe. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: Utilise your experience as a barista to craft high-quality coffee beverages consistently. Work front of house, engaging with customers, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the cafe. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. Demonstrate the ability to think on your feet and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Multi-task effectively and prioritize responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Embrace team values, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. What You’ll Bring To excel in this role, you will need: Previous experience as a barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. Availability to work from 5am till 11pm Monday to Sunday preferred. Proven ability to maintain high standards in a cafe or hospitality environment. Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective prioritization skills. A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellence.
