About the work unit / facility The Interim Bed Unit is a 10-bed facility co-located within the grounds of Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility, operating under the Rural Hospitals Service Group (RHSG). It is specifically designed to support long-stay patients who are on a residential aged care pathway. (Nurse Grade 6 Band 1) 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available About your opportunity The Clinical Nurse is an advanced level clinician who is responsible for a portfolio and has a focus on clinical care and leadership to support other nursing staff and students whilst assisting in the achievement of service goals. As the Clinical Nurse, you will demonstrate advanced level expertise and the clinical skills. The Clinical Nurse provides care in accordance with the Practice Standards as identified by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Board. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory. Appointees will be required to work all shifts in accordance with the unit roster, which will include participation in an on-call roster. National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check: As a Health Care worker in Queensland Health who engages in risk-assessed roles, you must hold a current disability check (Yellow Card or Yellow Card Exemption) or a NDIS worker screening check, in accordance with Part 5 of the Disability Services Act 2006 (Qld).
