About the role: Supervise daily workflow, coaching, and on-the-job training for Recruitment Officers. Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. Identify improvement opportunities and support change across recruitment services. Manage Criminal History checks and case manage Employees Requiring Placement. Prepare reports, activity updates, and workload reviews for effective team oversight. Provide technical advice, gather information, and respond to client requests. Develop and maintain procedural guidelines and monitor data accuracy. Build strong, professional relationships and manage sensitive information appropriately. About you: You understand (or can quickly learn) recruitment legislation, policies, and processes. You confidently use HR systems and Microsoft Office to support high-volume work. You communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism during organisational change. You lead with integrity, supporting positive team culture and client-focused service. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy strengthening processes and outcomes.
