The Oaks Ranch is a boutique hotel, restaurant, and events venue on the South Coast, offering a premium yet relaxed work environment in a stunning Mediterranean-inspired setting. Our restaurant, Arlo, showcases seasonal, locally sourced produce, and our team delivers exceptional service across long lunches, weddings, hotel operations, and special events.
You’ll be involved in greeting and serving guests, running food and drinks, supporting weddings and functions, creating a warm atmosphere, and working closely with a positive, professional team. No two days are the same—shifts range from restaurant service to poolside hospitality and event support.
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic staff who enjoy fast-paced environments, have strong attention to detail, and genuinely care about guest experience. Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but a great attitude is even more important.
