What You’ll Be Doing : Partner closely with hiring managers to understand open roles and candidate profiles Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and referrals Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity within the HRIS Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including sending interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and feedback Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment Manage background checks, offer letters, and onboarding processes for preferred candidates Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed What You’ll Bring: Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
