Job Description What you’ll do Based within our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, the Events Executive is the heartbeat of our event delivery. You’ll be the key contact for event organisers from the moment they book, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision, creativity and genuine hospitality. Your role blends coordination, client management, problem-solving and hands-on event execution, all with the Barossa Valley as your backdrop. Managing all event arrangements from pre-planning and detailing to on-site support and post-event follow-up Being the primary contact for organisers throughout their stay Coordinating and hosting site inspections and famil experiences Liaising with banquet, kitchen, front office, and F&B teams to ensure flawless event delivery Promoting positive guest relations and resolving enquiries with professionalism and warmth Reviewing guest lists, maintaining event notes, and ensuring operational teams have accurate details Upholding high standards of service, grooming and personal presentation Supporting revenue growth through up-selling opportunities and relationship building
