Description Operating with a Global mindset, the Group Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving the Broader Immunity segment strategic objectives through the development and implementation of a robust strategic marketing plan and innovation pipeline. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this 12 month fixed-term role will lead the development and execution of the Broader Immunity brand strategy, including portfolio strategy and leading the innovation pipeline for all markets. The role is ideal for high-performing Senior Brand Manager who wants to represent an iconic Australian brand in international markets. This hybrid role can be based in either Surry Hills or Warriewood. Responsibilities include: Lead the development and execution of the Broader Immunity consumer growth pillar (CGP) Vision and Strategy. Lead the development and execution of the Broader Immunity Innovation & Communication plans that drive scale and address consumer’s needs. Drive specific segments within the Broader Immunity portfolio w ith a focus on segment design and architecture and building scale of portfolio across markets . Project Management of key Broader Immunity Innovation programs. Lead group cross-functional teams to deliver innovation programs and actively drive partnership with the markets. Influence without authority across cultures and time-zones to deliver outcomes for the group business. Manage 2 x direct report What we offer? Already a high-performing Senior Brand Manager from within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG Proven ability to lead portfolio strategy development and portfolio management Experience in leading NPD projects through the innovation process Ability to lead comms campaign to support local market adaptation Understanding of multiple markets and their consumers Strong stakeholder management skills Strong commercial acumen and working knowledge of business financials Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
