About the Role - Be responsible for coordination and implementing a state-wide research program within the Queensland Cerebral Palsy and Rehabilitation Research Centre (QCPRRC, https://qcprrc.centre.uq.edu.au/). This research program aims to develop new 'toolboxes' of biological and clinical markers to detect Cerebral Palsy earlier and implement state-wide training and knowledge translation to improve early detection of Cerebral Palsy (https://qcprrc.centre.uq.edu.au/advancing-cerebral-palsy-queensland).- Operate with a high level of independence in developing, planning and implementing research methodologies for targeted research programs including recruiting patients to participate in research studies.- Provide a high level of clinical knowledge and skills, regarding the complex nature of cerebral palsy in general, and the allied health management of children with cerebral palsy in particular.
