Responsibilities of the role include: In alignment with the company’s business direction, formulate a research and development (R&D) strategic plan, clearly defines R&D goals and key focus areas, ensuring that all R&D initiatives are fully integrated with the company’s overall development strategy. Oversee the overall planning, organization and implementation of R&D projects. Rationally allocate the tasks of team members, motivate them to leverage their professional strengths, create a positive team atmosphere, and enhance the overall collaboration efficiency and innovation ability of the team. Monitor the progress and quality of R&D projects. Through regular project reviews, status reporting, and performance assessments, promptly identify and address emerging challenges that arise during the project process, such as technical difficulties and resource shortages. Ensure that the project proceeds as planned and high-quality R&D results are delivered on time. Lead the research and development of cutting-edge products and promote technological innovation and breakthroughs. Emphasize quality control during the R&D process and continuously enhance the market competitiveness of the company’s products. Conduct periodic analyses of market trends, competitor R&D activities, and evolving customer needs, and use these insights to inform timely adjustments to the R&D strategy. To be competent in this role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree (or higher). Minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of research and development. Solid understanding of fundamental statistical methods and excellent analytical abilities. Demonstrated proficiency in client management and project delivery. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
