As the organisation continues to grow, it is seeking a confident, relationship-focused Growth and Engagement Manager to strengthen referral pathways, drive participant growth and represent the service within the NDIS community. The role is based in Ellenbrook, with occasional travel required. About the Role and your Responsibilities: As the Growth and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for building strong referral relationships, generating and converting leads, and representing the organisation at stakeholder meetings, events and community engagements. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will activate your existing referral network early in your employment and play a key role in participant onboarding and retention. This position is ideal for a proactive NDIS professional who thrives on connection, communication and creating meaningful impact. Some of your responsibilities will include: Build and nurture relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, and allied health providers Convert leads into active participants with strong follow-through Maintain an accurate engagement and growth pipeline Represent Spearhead Supports at events, meetings and networking opportunities Support onboarding and contribute to participant retention initiatives Identify opportunities to strengthen community impact and organisational visibility Provide regular reporting on growth activity and outcomes Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years’ Business Development experience within the NDIS or Aged Care sector in Australia Demonstrated business acumen and experience in scaling segment of a business in line with a strategic plan in a competitive environment Knowledge of NDIS pricing, service pathways and participant needs Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Relationship Management within the NDIS, disability, or healthcare sector Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery, compliance, and industry Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships Exceptional networking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate across teams Existing referral relationships and ready-to-activate leads Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel as required Working with children check NDIS Worker Screening check Rights to work in Australia Benefits: Competitive Salary: $90K–$100K Super Career Growth: Be part of a rapidly expanding, values-led, family-run organisation with long-term career opportunities Supportive Culture: Work with a passionate, diverse, and dedicated team committed to making a difference Impactful Role: Contribute to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities while driving meaningful business growth How to Apply: If you are a motivated and strategic professional looking for your next opportunity in the NDIS sector, we’d love to hear from you!
