The Queen’s Club is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Marketing Specialist to join their team. Who is responsible for developing, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that enhance the Club’s brand, drive member engagement, promote Club events and services, and support revenue growth. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and onsite) to promote Club events, dining, functions, membership, and facilities. Manage the Club’s content calendar and coordinate timely communication across all channels. Create engaging written and visual content for newsletters, email campaigns, website, social media, and internal screens. Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including content creation, scheduling, monitoring and engagement. Monitor digital analytics and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and social media metrics. Support communication strategies that strengthen member loyalty and enhance the member experience. Assist with the development and promotion of membership campaigns Collaborate with operational teams to gather content and promote activities, events, and achievements. Develop marketing plans for Club events, including member events, dining promotions, entertainment, and community activities. Liaise with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to ensure accurate promotion and timely distribution of materials. Uphold brand consistency across all communication platforms. Ensure advertising complies with the Registered Clubs Act and any other applicable legislation. Manage relationships with external suppliers, photographers, designers, and printers. To be considered for the position you must possess the following: Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or related discipline. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role. Strong copywriting, editing and content creation skills. Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools. Proficiency with design and content software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
