As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives. In this role, you will: • Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice • Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement • Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business About Goodstart Chadstone: • Our 48-place centre is warm, colourful and has an inviting, homely feel. • We are located within the Holmesglen TAFE grounds and are fortunate to work closely with the TAFE. • The centre offers ample onsite parking and is close to local schools, shops and public transport. • Inside, you’ll find four dedicated learning spaces, each with a maximum of 12 children. • We love providing children with meaningful incursions and excursions within the local community. • You will lead our long-standing, diverse team of Educators who work hard to ensure children are safe, well-supervised and supported in their learning every day. • This is a fixed-term role for 12 months, commencing December 2025.
