We are now looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our business. Responsibilities include: Maintaining exceptional customer service standards Maintaining a high level of presentation of the Bistro, Frinkle and Bistro bar area Leading by example in work performance, attitude and customer service Delegating and directing staff to meet the operational needs of the business Willingness and ability to work weekends and nights Ensuring staff perform their duties to the required standards following MBC policies and procedures. Essential skills required: Previous leadership experience Proven experience in managing small teams.
