What You’ll Do Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents during mealtimes and ensure a dignified dining experience Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behaviour Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Maintain safety, hygiene, and infection control standards About You You’re a caring and dependable individual who brings empathy, teamwork, and professionalism to everything you do. Essential: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent) Previous experience in residential aged care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Physically fit for safe manual handling Confident using tablets/smartphones for work Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Two recent managerial references Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Desirable: Medication Administration Certification Why Join McLean Care?
