ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a skilled Hairdresser with a passion for their craft and a commitment to excellence. The position is full-time, 38 hours per week and the location is 41 Chapel St, Windsor VIC 3181 Tasks and duties include but are not limited to: - Consulting with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatment - Washing, cutting, colouring and styling hair - Maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas - Advising clients on hair care SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Certificate III/Certificate IV in Hairdressing plus two years full-time work experience in the same occupation or closely related OR 3 years full-time work experience in the same occupation or closely related - Fully confident in all areas of hairdressing - Knowledge of scalp and hair structure, disorders and treatments - Understanding of stress-related hair and scalp conditions - Hair and scalp diagnosis for therapeutic treatments - Knowledge of trichology applied to Afro-hair - Excellent communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Professional personal presentation If this sounds like you, please do not hesitate to reach out!
