We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cleaning Supervisor, to be responsible for daily cleaning whilst providing cleaning support and leadership. As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will monitor & provide hands on cleaning services throughout the Nestle sites in Victoria. Nestle Campbellfield 4 days week and Nestle Broadford and Altona 1 day a week (alternating the site each week). You may also be required to attend Nestle Mulgrave (if required). Occasional weekend work may be required. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will use your cleaning experience to deliver: hands on Daily cleaning support Provide cleaning services on the sites as per contractual requirements to ensure continued customer satisfaction Completed daily and monthly inspections and audits of the facility Planning and coordinating effective cleaning activities with the team Scheduling rosters to ensure continuity of service and leave coverage Training team members including conducting safety meetings and coaching as required Positive and helpful interactions with our client Update MSDS Folders when required Maintain stock levels of materials Maintain cleanliness of cleaners cupboards To be considered for this role you must have: Previous experience in Cleaning Supervisory Experience in commercial cleaning Ability and experience to use cleaning machinery and train others Proven leadership in a team environment Self-motivated and reliable, able to work unsupervised The capability and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a high standard of cleanliness for the facility Attention to detail at all times A flexible approach to work and be adaptable in a daily changing environment Excellent personal presentation and punctuality Able to pass a National Police Check (or hold a valid check within 12 months of issue) Our benefits: Ongoing learning and development opportunities Internal opportunities within our global organization On site parking To apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
